The free trial
How does the trial start?
You sign up and begin straight away. No bank card and no payment details are asked for, and the trial runs for a full fourteen days from the moment you register.
What does the trial include?
Every tool in the system without exception: storefront, payments, inventory, bookings and reports. The trial is not a reduced version — it is the system itself.
Can I actually sell during the trial?
Yes. You can set everything up and try it on your real business. The only limit is that publishing your store publicly is the point at which the subscription begins.
Subscription and commission
What does Buznissy cost?
Fifty Omani rials a year, and 3% on sales made through the system. No setup fees, no monthly fees, and no tiers.
What is the 3% charged on?
On sales made through Buznissy only: an order that enters the system and is paid through it. Anything sold in cash or outside the platform carries no rate, and nothing is charged on what was listed but never sold.
What does that rate cover?
Running the system, processing orders and payments, and ongoing support. It is tied to your sales: when they are small it is small, and when they rise the system has done its job.
Does the price change as my business grows?
The annual subscription does not change however many products or orders you have. Only the rate moves with what you sell, and it stays fixed at 3%.
Trial expiry and cancellation
When exactly does the subscription start?
When you publish your store or when the fourteen days end, whichever comes first. So if you are ready to publish on day three, that is when it starts.
What happens at the end of the trial if I do not subscribe?
Your store stops being published, and your data, products and settings stay exactly as they are with nothing deleted. No amount is taken automatically, because there was no card on file to begin with.
And if I subscribe and later decide to stop?
The details of cancellation and refunds will be published in the cancellation and refund policy before launch. The principle we hold to is that you know the terms before you pay, not after.
Data and privacy
Where is my data stored?
The Buznissy platform is hosted on infrastructure inside the Sultanate of Oman.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Your customer and order data belongs to you alone. It is not sold, not shared with any third party for marketing, and never used for the benefit of another merchant.
What about this website?
This marketing site stores nothing about you. No forms are saved, no accounts exist, and there are no advertising trackers. The links here take you to WhatsApp or to the platform, and nothing is collected on these pages.
